How to Order Samples

We have attempted to make ordering samples of our hospitality carpet as easy as possible. This step by step guide should explain in some detail and help you further.

We have integrated our sample ordering system into our online catalog to create a shopping cart system for ease of use. You can order samples from our site just as you would order most products on the World Wide Web. Our system is different from other systems that you may have used in the past in two particular ways: 1.) Our samples are free, therefor you will see a monetary value of $0. Once you have received your sample order from us, you will place your carpet order by calling us at 1-800-225-2948.

Step 1: Browse our online catalog to find carpet products that most suite your interest. You can browse our catalog by clicking on the “Products” Menu and selecting a category you would like to explore.

Once you have selected your category, you can navigate to specific products via the grid display. Clicking a thumbnail will display more options or details about a particular products.

Step 2: Once you have selected a product that you would like to add to your cart, click the “Add to Cart” button below the product name.

Once the product has been added to the cart, an indicator box will appear above the product informing you that the product has been added to the cart.

Now you can continue exploring other products that may be of interest to you.

Step 3: Once you have selected all the products you wish or at any given time, you can check the status of your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart button at the very top, right-hand side of any page.

Once you have clicked on the cart button, you will be shown the contents of your cart.

From this screen you can edit the cart, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.

Step 4: To check out, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button and follow the screen that will be presented to you. Samples cannot be shipped to you without a correct mailing address.
